Hi there, I personally use radium for Mac. The list of streams seems to be rather comprehensive, though if you want to stream Internet streams, more often than not, you will have to add them yourself.
This app is not free though. For recording, I will use sound flower and lineIn to monitor.

Before I buy those applications, I have a question about accessibility. Is it fully accessible with VoiceOver, or there are some accessibility issues? Are you satisfied using those applications?
I Found an application called radio recorder on AppStore. Based on the description on the app, it can stream and also record. Does anyone have an experience using that application?
